Denials and appeals

Finds open denials each day, explains the denial code in plain words and drafts the appeal. Your staff reviews every draft before it goes out.

Prior authorizations

Tracks which authorizations are pending, close to expiring or need a follow-up call, so nothing runs out without anyone noticing.

Insurance eligibility

Checks coverage for the next day's patients and flags lapsed coverage or plan problems, so the front desk can call before the visit, not during it.

Patient intake

Sends intake forms before the visit, follows up with patients who haven't finished them, and has the answers ready when the patient arrives.

About me.

My name is Nazanin Rezaee, and I started Neura Solutions in College Station, Texas. My background is in family medicine. I saw how much staff time in small practices goes to repetitive work that doesn't need a person anymore, and how hard it is for an independent practice to keep up with the large groups buying up the market.I also do the work myself. The person who builds your workflow is the same person who trains your staff and answers when something breaks.

How it works.

You choose one workflow to start. Most practices start with denials, because that is where the money is.It runs on a healthcare automation platform that signs a business associate agreement and holds SOC 2 Type II certification. The subscription is in your name and separate from our fee. It starts at about $150 a month.We train your staff in one session, so they can use it the day it goes live.We monitor it and we fix it. If something breaks, it is our problem and not one more thing on your desk.If it is not running and saving your staff time within 30 days, you do not pay and we take the workflow back down.
